    $c)$ $172$ × $x^{2}$ – $7^{9}$ ÷ $98^{3}$ = $\frac{1}{8}$
    $172$ × $x^{2}$ – $42,875$ = $0,125$
    $172$ × $x^{2}$ = $0,125$ + $42,875$ = $43$
    $x^{2}$ = $43 ÷ 172$ = $0,25$
    $x^{2}$ = ( ±$0,5$ )²
    ⇒ $x$ = $0,5$
        $x$ = $-0,5$
    $Vậy$ $x$ ∈ { $0,5 ; -0,5$ }
    $d)$ $3^{x + 2}$ + $3^{x}$ = $810$
    ⇒ $3^{x}$ × $3^{2}$ + $3^{x}$ = $810$
