    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    A = x – 4 / x ^ 2 – 16
    A = x – 4 / ( x – 4 ) ( x + 4 )
    A = 1 / x + 4
    Thay x= 5 vào biểu thức A ta có:
    = 1 / 5 + 4
    = 1 / 9
    Vậy biểu thức A tại x= 5 là 1 / 9
    Thay x= 4 vào biểu thức A ta có:
    = 1 / 4 + 4
    = 1 / 8
    Vậy biểu thức A tại x= 4 là 1 / 8.

    $ĐKXĐ:x\neq ±4$
    Vì $x\neq ±4$
    $⇒$ $x=5$ thỏa mãn
    $A=\dfrac{5-4}{5^2-16}$ 
    $A=\dfrac{1}{25-16}$ 
    $A=\dfrac{1}{9}$ 
    Vậy $A=\dfrac{1}{9}$ khi $x=5$
