    Giải đáp:
    (x+2)/10=(7-x)/8
    <=>8.(x+2)=10.(7-x)
    <=>8.x+8.2=10.7-10.x
    <=>8x+16=70-10x
    <=>8x+10x=70-16
    <=>18x=54
    <=>x=54:18
    <=>x=3
    Vậy x=3

    Giải đáp+Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
       \frac{x+2}{10}=\frac{7-x}{8}
    ⇔(x+2).8=(7-x).10        (Bước này nhân chéo)
    ⇔8x+16=70-10x
    ⇔8x+10x=70-16
    ⇔18x=54
    ⇔  x=54:18
    ⇔   x=3
    Vậy x=3
