    B=(x-3)^2-(8x+3)(3-x)+x(x-3)
    =x^2-6x+9-(24x +9-8x^2-3x)+x^2-3x
    =x^2-6x+9-24x-9+8x^2+3x+x^2-3x
    =10x^2-30x
    =10x(x-3)
    Thay x=103 và B, ta được:
    B=10.103(103-3)=1030.100=103000
    Vậy B=103000 tại x=103
