    TH1: x > -2
    |x+2|=3x+5 
    <=> x + 2 = 3x + 5
    <=> x – 3x = 5 – 2
    <=> -2x = 3
    <=> x = -3/2 ( nhận )
    TH2: x < -2
    |x+2|=3x+5 
    <=> 2 – x = 3x + 5
    <=> -x – 3x = 5 – 2
    <=> -4x = 3
    <=> x = -3/4 ( loại )

    TH1: |x+2|=x+2 khi x+2≥0 hay x≥-2
    |x+2|=3x+5
    ⇔x+2=3x+5
    ⇔x-3x=5-2
    ⇔-2x=3
    ⇔x=-3/2 (thỏa mãn)
    TH2: |x+2|=-(x+2) khi x+2<0 hay x<-2
    |x+2|=3x+5
    ⇔-(x+2)=3x+5
    ⇔-x-2=3x+5
    ⇔-x-3x=5+2
    ⇔-4x=7
    ⇔x=-7/4 (loại)
    Vậy phương trình có nghiệm x=-3/2
