    $\dfrac{2x+3}{x-2}=\dfrac{1}{2}$ 
    $⇒2(2x+3)=x-2$
    $⇒4x+6=x-2$
    $⇒4x-x=-6-2$
    $⇒3x=-8$
    $⇒x=-\dfrac{8}{3}$
    Vậy $x=-\dfrac{8}{3}$ thì $\dfrac{2x+3}{x-2}=\dfrac{1}{2}$

    (2x+3)/(x-2)=1/2
    ⇔2(2x+3)=x-2
    ⇔4x+6=x-2
    ⇔4x-x=-2-6
    ⇔3x=-8
    ⇔x=-8/3
    Vậy x=-8/3
