    Để (2x-3)/(x+1) là số nguyên thì: 2x-3 vdots x+1
    => x+1+x-4 vdots x+1
    => x-4 vdots x+1
    => x+1-5 vdots x+1
    => 5 vdots x+1
    => x+1∈Ư(5)={-5; -1; 1; 5}
    => x∈{-6; -2; 0; 4}

    Giải đáp + Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     D= (2x-3)/(x+1) = (2x+2-5)/(x+1)
    D= (2x+2)/(x+1) – 5/(x+1)
    D= 2-5/(x+1)             (x∈Z, x\ne-1)
    Để D∈Z thì 5\vdots (x+1) => (x+1)∈ Ư(5) = {±1;±5}
    Ta có bảng:
    \begin{array}{|c|c|c|}\hline \text{x+1}&\text{-5}&\text{-1}&\text{1}&\text{5}\\\hline \text{x}&\text{-6(tm)}&\text{-2(tm)}&\text{0(tm)}&\text{4(tm)}\\\hline\end{array}
