Ta có :

y = f(x) = x^2 + 4

a) . f(-1/2) => (-1/2)^2 + 4 = 1/4 + 4 = 17/4

. f(5) => 5^2 + 4 = 25 + 4 = 29

b) f(x) = 13

<=> x^2 + 4 = 10

<=> x^2 = 10 – 4

<=> x^2 = 6

<=> x = +-\sqrt{6}

Vậy x = +-\sqrt{6}
