    $\dfrac{2x-2}{x+1}$ = $\dfrac{2x+2-4}{x+1}$ = $\dfrac{2(x+1)-4}{x+1}$ 
    ⇒ x+1 ∈ Ư(4)
    Ta có :
    Ư(4) = {1 ; -1 ; 2 ; -2 ; 4 ; -4}
    ⇒ x = {-2 ; 0 ; 1 ; -3 ; 3 ; -5} (Ta trừ mỗi Ư(4) cho 1 ta được giá trị của x)
