    – Với $m=0$: PT vô nghiệm
    – Với $m\ne 0$:
    $2m\sin x+1=3m$
    $\to \sin x=\dfrac{3m-1}{2m}$
    + Với $\dfrac{3m-1}{2m}\in [-1;1]$:
    PT có nghiệm $x=\arcsin\dfrac{3m-1}{2m}+k2\pi$; $x=\pi-\arcsin\dfrac{3m-1}{2m}+k2\pi$
    + Với $\dfrac{3m-1}{2m}\in \mathbb{R}$ \ $[-1;1]$:
    PT vô nghiệm
