    a) $x=4$
    b) $x=3;x=-1$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    a) $\sqrt{2x^2-5x}=\sqrt{x^2-4}$
    $⇔2x^2-5x=x^2-4$ 
    \(⇔\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=4(nhận)\\x=1(loại)\end{array} \right.\) 
    $x=4$
    Vây phương trình có nghiệm $\text{x = 4}$
    b) $\sqrt{3x+7}-\sqrt{x+1}=2$
    $\text{ĐK: x ≥ -1}$
    $⇔4x^2+8x+4=16x+16$
    \(⇔\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=3\\x=-1\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vây phương trình có nghiệm $\text{x = 3 ; x = -1}$

    <=>x=4
    Vậy phương trình có nghiệm x=4
    b.
    sqrt(3x+7)-sqrt(x+1)=2
    <=>sqrt(3x+7)=sqrt(x+1)+2
    ĐKXĐ: x>=-1
    Bình phương 2 vế:
    3x+7=x+1+4sqrt(x+1)+4
    <=>2x+2=4sqrt(x+1)
    <=>x+1=2sqrt(x+1)
    <=>x+1-2sqrt(x+1)=0
    Đặt t=sqrt(x+1) ta được:
        t^2-2t=0
