    x^3-4x = 0
    <=> x(x^2-4) = 0
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=0\\x^2-4=0\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=0\\x^2=4\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=0\\x=2\\x=-2\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy S= {0; 2; -2}
    ———-
    2(x+5)-x^2-5x = 0
    <=> 2(x+5)-(x^2+5x) = 0
    <=> 2(x+5)-x(x+5) = 0
    <=> (2-x)(x+5) = 0
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}2-x=0\\x+5=0\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=2\\x=-5\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy S= {2; -5}

    a) x^3 – 4x = 0
    ⇔ x (x^2-4) = 0
    +) x = 0
    +) x^2 – 4 = 0
    ⇔ x^2 = 4
    ⇔ x = +- 2
    Vậy x = 0  hoặc x = +-2
    b) 2 (x+5) – x^2 – 5x = 0
    ⇔ 2 (x+5) – x (x+5) = 0
    ⇔ (2-x) (x+5) = 0
    +) 2 – x = 0
    ⇔ – x = -2
    ⇔ x = 2
    +) x + 5 = 0
    ⇔ x = -5
    Vậy x = 2 hoặc x = -5
