    M=15/(7.8)-17/(8.9)+1/(9.10)+1/(10.11)
    =1/8+1/7-1/8-1/9 +1/9-1/10+1/10-1/11
    = 1/7-1/11
    = 4/77

    Giải đáp:
     M = 15/(7.8) – 17/(8.9) + 1/(9.10) + 1/(10.11)
         = 1/7 + 1/8 – 1/8 – 1/9 + 1/9 – 1/10 +  1/10 – 1/11
         = 1/7 – 1/11
         =  4/77
