<=>\sqrt{(3x)^2-2.3x.1+1^2}=5
<=>\sqrt{(3x-1)^2}=5
<=>|3x-1|=5

$⇔\left[\begin{matrix}3x=6\\3x=-4\end{matrix}\right.$

=> \sqrt{(3x – 1)^2} = 5
=> |3x – 1| = 5
