    \sqrt{x+3}+\sqrt{4x+12}=x-1     (x>=-3)
    ⇔ \sqrt{x+3}+\sqrt{4(x+3)}=x-1 
    ⇔ \sqrt{x+3}+2\sqrt{x+3}=x-1
    ⇔ 3\sqrt{x+3}=x-1 
    ⇔ 9(x+3)=(x-1)^2
    ⇔ x^2-2x+1-9x-27=0
    ⇔ x^2-11x-26=0
    ⇔ x^2+2x-13x-26=0
    ⇔ x(x+2)-13(x+2)=0
    ⇔ (x+2)(x-13)=0
    ⇔[(x=-2(N)),(x=13(N)):}
    Vậy S={-2;13}
