    Giải đáp: $x=0$ hoặc $x=2$
     
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    $\left( 4x+2 \right)\sqrt{{{x}^{2}}+2x+5}=\left( {{x}^{2}}+2x+2 \right)\sqrt{4x+5}$
    ĐK: $x\ge -\dfrac{5}{4}$
    Đặt:
    $a=\sqrt{{{x}^{2}}+2x+5}\Rightarrow {{a}^{2}}-3={{x}^{2}}+2x+2$
    $b=\sqrt{4x+5}\Rightarrow {{b}^{2}}-3=4x+2$
    pt $\Leftrightarrow \left( {{b}^{2}}-3 \right).a=\left( {{a}^{2}}-3 \right).b$
    $\Leftrightarrow a{{b}^{2}}-3a={{a}^{2}}b-3b$
    $\Leftrightarrow ab\left( b-a \right)+3\left( b-a \right)=0$
    $\Leftrightarrow \left( b-a \right)\left( ab+3 \right)=0$
    $\Leftrightarrow b=a$   hoặc   $ab=-3$ (vô lý)
