    $P=x^2+10x+28$
    $= x^2+10x+25+3$
    $= (x+5)^2+3$
    Vì $(x+5)^2\ge 0\; \forall x$
    $\to (x+5)^2+3\ge 3\; \forall x$
    Vậy $\min P=3$ khi $x+5=0 ↔ x=-5$

    Ta có :
    P = x^2 + 10x + 28
    => P = x^2 + 10x + 25 + 3
    => P = (x^2 + 2.5.x + 5^2) + 3
    => P = (x+5)^2 + 3 (Áp dụng HĐT số 1)
    Vì (x+5)^2>=0
    => P >= 3
    Dấu “=” xảy ra <=> (x+5)^2=0
                              <=> x+5=0
                              <=> x=-5
    Vậy P_min = 3 <=> x = -5
