= x² – 20x + 100 – 60
= (x-10)² – 60 ≥ -60
Vậy Min = -60 khi x = 10
= -(9x² + x + $\frac{1}{36}$ ) + 1 + $\frac{1}{36}$
= -(3x+$\frac{1}{36}$ )² + $\frac{37}{36}$ ≤ $\frac{37}{36}$
Vậy Max = $\frac{37}{36}$ khi x = $\frac{-1}{18}$
