     a) 9x^2(x+1)=(x+1)
    <=>9x^2(x+1)-(x+1)=0
    <=>(x+1)(9x^2-1)=0
    <=>(x+1)(3x-1)(3x+1)=0
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x+1=0\\ 3x-1=0\\3x+1=0\end{matrix}\right.$
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x=-1\\ x=\dfrac{1}{3}\\x=\dfrac{-1}{3}\end{matrix}\right.$
     Vậy x=-1 hoặc x=1/3 hoặc x=-1/3
     b) 5^2-13x+6=0
    <=>5x^2-10x-3x+6=0
    <=>5x(x-2)-3(x-2)=0
    <=>(x-2)(5x-3)=0
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x-2=0\\ 5x-3=0\end{matrix}\right.$
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x=2\\ x=\dfrac{3}{5}\end{matrix}\right.$
     Vậy x=2 hoăc =3/5
     c) 7x^2-10x+3=0
    <=>7x^2-7x-3x+3=0
    <=>7x(x-1)-3(x-1)=0
    <=>(x-1)(7x-3)=0
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x-1=0\\ 7x-3=0\end{matrix}\right.$
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x=1\\ x=\dfrac{3}{7}\end{matrix}\right.$
     Vậy x=1 hoặc x=3/7
     d) 7x^2+22x+3=0
    <=>7x^2+x+21x+3=0
    <=>x(7x+1)+3(7x+1)=0
    <=>(7x+1)(x+3)=0
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} 7x+1=0\\ x+3=0\end{matrix}\right.$
    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x=\dfrac{-1}{7}\\ x=-3\end{matrix}\right.$
     Vậy x=-1/7 hoặc x=-3
