    (a²-b²)/(9b²):(a+b)/(3b)
    =((a-b)(a+b))/(3b.3b).(a+b)/(3b)
    =(a-b)/(3b)

    $\dfrac{a^2-b^2}{9b^2}\div \dfrac{a+b}{3b}$
    $=\dfrac{\left(a^2-b^2\right)\cdot \:3b}{9b^2\left(a+b\right)}$
    $=\dfrac{a-b}{3b}$
