    \frac{x +3}{x -2} + \frac{ 4 + x }{ 2 -x }                      ( x \ne 2 )
    = \frac{x +3}{x -2} – \frac{ 4 + x }{ x-2 }
    = \frac{x + 3 – ( 4 +x ) }{ x -2 }
    = \frac{ x + 3 – 4 – x }{ x -2 }
    = \frac{- 1 }{x  -2 }
