    a) (x-4)^2-36= 0
    => (x-4)= ±$\sqrt{36}$
    TH1: x-4= 6              TH2: x-4=-6
            => x= 10                  => x= -2
    Vậy x∈{10; -2}
    b) x^2+8x+16= 0
    <=> x^2+2.x.4+4^2=0
    <=> (x+4)^2=0
    <=> x+4= 0
    <=> x= -4
    Vậy x= -4

    Giải đáp:
    ( x-4)^2 -36= 0
    => (x-4)^2= 36
    =>  x-4 = 6 
           x -4 = -6
    => x = 10 
          x = -2
    b) x^2 + 8x + 16 = 0 
    => ( x + 4 ) ^2 = 0 ( vì x^2 = 8x = 16 là hàng đẳng thức ) 
    => x + 4 = 0 
    => x = -4
