    (3x-1)²-(x+5)²=0
    [3x-1-(x+5)].(3x-1+x+5)=0
    (3x-1-x-5).(3x-1+x+5)=0
    (2x-6).(4x+4)=0
    TH1: 2x-6=0
           2x=6
           2x=3
    TH2: 4x+4=0
             4x=-4
             x=-1
    Vậy x ∈ {3;-1}

    (3x – 1)² – (x + 5)² = 0
    ⇒ (3x – 1 – x – 5)(3x – 1 + x + 5) = 0
    ⇒ (2x – 6)(4x + 4)                       = 0
    ⇒ $\left[\begin{matrix} 2x – 6 = 0\\ 4x + 4 = 0\end{matrix}\right.$ 
    ⇒ $\left[\begin{matrix} 2x = 6\\ 4x = -4\end{matrix}\right.$
    ⇒ $\left[\begin{matrix} x = 3\\ x = -1\end{matrix}\right.$
