Bài làm :

2x^2-5x+1=0

<=>2(x^2-5/2x+1/2)=0

<=>2[x^2-2.x . 5/4+(5/4)^2-17/16]=0

<=>(x-5/4)^2-(\sqrt{17}/4)^2=0

<=>(x-5/4-\sqrt{17}/4)(x-5/4+\sqrt{17}/4)=0

<=>(x-(5+\sqrt{17})/4)(x-(5-\sqrt{17})/4)=0

<=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-\dfrac{5+\sqrt{17}}{4}=0\\x-\dfrac{5-\sqrt{17}}{4}=0\end{array} \right.\)

<=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=\dfrac{5+\sqrt{17}}{4}\\x=\dfrac{5-\sqrt{17}}{4}\end{array} \right.\)

Vậy phương trình đã cho có tập nghiệm là : S={(5+\sqrt{17})/4 ; (5-\sqrt{17})/4}
