    3(2x+3)(3x-5)
    = (6x +9)(3x-5)
    Để (6x+9)(3x-5) < 0 thì 6x +9 và 3x-5 trái dấu mà với mọi x thì 6x +9 > 3x -5
    => $\begin{cases}6x +9 > 0 \\ 3x -5 <0 \end{cases}$
    => $\begin{cases}6x > -9\\ 3x < 5 \end{cases}$
    => $\begin{cases}x > \dfrac{-3}{2} \\x < \dfrac{5}{3} \end{cases}$
    => – 3/2 < x < 5/3
    Vậy -3/2 < x < 5/3 thì 3(2x+3)(3x-5) <0

     Vậy với $-\dfrac32<x<\dfrac53$ thì biểu thức $3(2x+3)(3x-5)<0$.
