    |x+1| + 5 = 5 + |7-3x|
    -> |x+1| = |-3x + 7| + 5 – 5
    -> |x+1| = |-3x  + 7| + (5-5)
    -> |x+1| = |-3x + 7|
    Trường hợp 1 :
    ->x+1=-3x+7
    ->x+3x=-1+7
    -> 4x=6
    ->x=3/2
    Trường hợp 2 :
    -> x+1=3x -7
    -> x-3x=-1-7
    -> -2x=-8
    ->x=4
    Vậy x=3/2 hoặc x=4

    |x+1| – |7-3x|  =5 – 5
    |x+1| – |7-3x|  = 0 
    x          l      – 1            7/3
    x + 1    l   –   0      +     //   + 
    7 – 3x   l   –    //    +      0   + 
    Với x < -1
    => -x + 1 + 3x – 7 = 0
    => 3x + 1             = 7
    => 3x                   = 6
    =>   x                   = 2 ( L)
    Với  -1 < x < 7/3
    => x + 1 + 3x – 7 = 0
    => x + 3x + 1       = 7
    =>  4x + 1             = 7
    =>  4x                   = 6
    => x                       = 3/2 ( T/M )
    Với x > 7/3
    => x + 1 – 7 – 3x = 0
    => x – 3x             = 0 – 7 – 1
    =>  -2x                =  -8
    =>     x                = 4 ( T/M)
