     \frac{x+1}{2} = \frac{18}{x+1}
    => (x+1)(x+1) = 18.2
    => (x+1)^2 = 36
    => x + 1 = 6 hoặc x = -6
    => x = 5 hoặc x = -7

     (x + 1)/2 = 18/(x + 1)
    => (x + 1) . (x + 1) = 2 . 18
    => (x + 1)^2 = 36
    => (x + 1)^2 = 6^2 = (-6)^2
    ⇒\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+1=6\\x+1=-6\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇒\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=5\\x=-7\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy x \in {5 ; -7}
