    a) Ta có: 2^{27} = (2^3)^9 = 8^9
    3^{18} = (3^2)^9 = 9^9
      Vì 8 < 9 ⇒ 8^9 < 9^9
    ⇒ 2^{27} < 3^{18}
    b) 16^x : 4^x = 4
    (16:4)^x = 4
    4^x = 4
    4^x = 4^1
    ⇒ x = 1
    CT: a^n : b^n = (a:b)^n
