    a) ( x -1)/3 = ( x + 3)/5
    ( x – 1). 5 = ( x + 3). 3
    5x – 5 = 3x + 9
    5x – 3x = 9 + 5
    2x = 14
    x = 14 : 2
    x = 7
    Vây x = 7
    b) ( 2x – 3)/( x + 1) = 21/16
    16 (2x – 3) = 21( x + 1)
    32x – 48 = 21x +21
    32x – 21x = 21 + 48
    11x = 69
    x = 69 : 11
    x = 69/11
    Vậy x = 69/11
