    -> A = |x-41/10| + |2/3  -x| – 9
    Áp dụng BĐT |a| + |b| ≥ |a+b| ta được :
    -> |x-41/10| + |2/3 – x| ≥ |x-41/10 + 2/3 – x| = |(-103)/30| = 103/30
    -> |x-41/10| + |2/3 – x| – 9 ≥ 103/30 – 9 = (-167)/30 ∀x
    -> A ≥ (-167)/30 ∀x
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi :
    ↔ (x-41/10) (2/3 – x) ≥ 0
    Trường hợp 1 :
    -> x-41/10 ≥ 0, 2/3 – x ≥ 0
    -> x ≥ 41/10, x ≤ 2/3
    -> 41/10 ≤x≤2/3 (Vô lí)
    Trường hợp 2 :

    $\to A=|4.1-x|+|x-\dfrac23|-9$

    $\to A\ge \dfrac{103}{30}-9$
    $\to A\ge -\dfrac{167}{30}$
    $\to GTNN_A=-\dfrac{167}{30}$
    Khi đó $(4.1-x)(x-\dfrac23)\ge 0$
    $\to \dfrac23\le x\le 4.1$
