        |x+1|=4,5-3
        |x+1|=1,5
    =>x+1=1,5 hoặc x+1=-1,5
    =>x=1,5-1  hoặc x=-1,5-1
    =>x=0,5     hoặc x=-2,5

    $\left[\begin{matrix} x+1=1,5\\ x+1=-1,5\end{matrix}\right.$
    $\left[\begin{matrix} x=0,5\\ x=-2,5\end{matrix}\right.$
     Vậy x∈{0,5 ; -2,5}
    2) Ta có: -3<-2
                   21<31
    Nên -3^21 < -2^31
