    $ a) 3^{x+1} + ( 3^{x+2} + 4 ) = 7 . 2^4 = 7 . 16 = 112 $ 
    $ 3^x . 3 + 3^x . 9 = 112 – 4 = 108 $
    $ 3^x ( 3 + 9 ) = 108 $
    $ 3^x . 12 = 108 $
    $ 3^x = 108 : 12 = 9 $ 
    $ ⇒ x = 2 $
    $ b)  3x + 4 ⋮ x – 1 ⇒ 3x – 3 + 7 ⋮ x – 1 ⇒ 3 ( x – 1 ) + 7 ⋮ x – 1 $
    $ ⇒ 7 ⋮ x – 1 ⇒ x – 1 = { ±1 ; ±7 } ⇒ x = { 0 ; 2 ; -6 ; 8 } $
