    13/15 – (13/21+x) . 7/12 = 7/10
    => (13/21+x) . 7/12 = 13/15 – 7/10
    -> (13/21+x)  . 7/12 = 1/6
    -> 13/21 +x = 1/6 : 7/12 = 2/7
    -> x = 2/7 – 13/21
    -> x = 6/21- 13/21
    -> x = -7/21 = -1/3
    Vậy x = -1/3
