    Lời giải chi tiết:
    1) (3-x)+16=10
    =>3-x=10-16
    =>3-x=-6
    =>x=3-(-6)
    =>x=9
    Vậy x=9
    2) 21-(19+x)=-12
    =>19+x=21-(12)
    =>19+x=33
    =>x=33-19
    =>x=14
    Vậy x=14
    3) -x+20=13-(+8)
    =>-x+20=5
    =>-x=5-20
    =>-x=-15
    =>x=15
    Vậy x=15
    4) -(-10)+x=+(-9)+(-6)
    =>10+x=3
    =>x=3-10
    =>x=-7
    Vậy x=-7
