    $1 \ge m>\frac{2}{3}$ 
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    $x^2-2x+3m-2=0$
    $\Delta ‘= b’^2-ac = 1-(3m-2) =3-3m$
    Để phương trình luôn có nghiệm thì: $\Delta \ge 0$
    $=>3-3m \ge 0$
    $<=> m \le 1$
    Biểu thức: $x_1 le x_2 <2$
    $=>(x_1-2)(x_2-2) >0$
    $=>x_1.x_2-2(x_1+x_2)+4 >0$
    Theo hệ thức $Vi-ét$: $\left \{ {{x_1+x_2=-\frac{b}{a}=2 } \atop {x_1.x_2=\frac{c}{a}=3m-2 }} \right.$ 
    $=>3m-2 -2.2 +4>0$
    $<=>1 \ge m > \frac{2}{3}$
