    $(x+y+2z)^{2}$ $\le$ ($x^{2}$ +$y^{2}$ +$x^{2}$ ) (1+1+4)
                                            => 3.6=18
    $\Rightarrow$$p^{2}$ $\le$ 18
    $\Rightarrow$-3$\sqrt{2^{2} }$$\le$ P $\le$ 3$\sqrt{2}$
    $\Rightarrow$Pmin=-3$\sqrt{2}$
    $\Rightarrow$Pmax=3$\sqrt{2}$
