    -4x^2 + 2x -1
    =-(4x^2 – 2x+1)
    =-[(2x)^2 – 2. 1/2 . 2x + 1/4 – 1/4 +1]
    = -[(2x-1/2 )^2 + 3/4]
    Nhận xét:
    Có (2x – 1/2 )^2 ≥ 0   ∀x∈R
    ⇒(2x-1/2 )^2 + 3/4 ≥ 3/4 > 0   ∀x∈R
    ⇒ -[(2x-1/2 )^2 + 3/4] < 0   ∀x∈R
    ⇒ -4x^2 + 2x -1 < 0   ∀x∈R

    A= -4x^2 + 2x -1
    = -4( x^2 – 1/2 x + 1/4 )
    = -4[( x^2 – 2.x 1/4 + 1/16 ) – 1/16 + 1/4 ]
    = – 4[ ( x – 1/4 )^2 + 3/16 ]
    = – 4(x -1/4 )^2  – 3/4
    \text{Vì}  (x – 1/4 )^2 ≥ 0 ∀ x ∈ R
    => -4( x- 1/4 )^2 ≤ 0 ∀ x ∈  R
    => – 4(x – 1/4 )^2 – 3/4 ≤ 0 ∀ x ∈ R
