    <=> x^2 -2x+1+3y^2+12y+12+2z^2+4z+2=0
    <=>(x+1)^2+3(y^2+4y+4)+2(z^2+2z+1)=0
    <=> (x-1)^2+3(y+2)^2+2(z+1)^2=0
    <=> $\begin{cases} x-1=0\\y+2=0\\z+1=0 \end{cases}$
    <=> $\begin{cases} x=1\\y=-2\\z=-1 \end{cases}$
