    ⇔$3x^{}$ $(x+^{}$ $5^{}$) – $3^{}$ $(x+5^{}$) = 0 
    ⇔ $(3x-3^{}$) $(x+5^{}$) = $0^{}$ 
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{}3x-3=0\\x+5=0 \end{array} \right.\) ⇒\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=1\\x=-5\end{array} \right.\)

    3x(x+5) – 3x – 15 = 0
    x(x+5) – x – 5 = 0
    x(x+5) – (x+5) = 0
    (x-1)(x+5) = 0
    x-1 = 0 hay x+5 = 0
    x= 1 hay x = -5
