    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     $A=x-2-4\sqrt[]{x+1}$ 
    $A=[(\sqrt[]{x+1})^2-2.2.\sqrt[]{x+1}+2^2]-7$
    $A=(\sqrt[]{x+1}-2)^2-7$
    $(\sqrt[]{x+1}-2)^2≥0⇒(\sqrt[]{x+1}-2)^2-7≥-7$
    Vậy GTNN của $A=-7$ khi $\sqrt[]{x+1}=2⇔x+1=4⇔x=3$

    A=x-2-4\sqrt{x+1} ĐK: x>=-1
    A=x+1-4\sqrt{x+1}+4-7
    A=(\sqrt{x+1}-2)^2-7>=-7
    Dấu = xảy ra khi \sqrt{x+1}=2
                                <=> x+1=4
                                <=> x=3(\text{tmđk})
    Vậy A_(min)=-7<=>x=3
