     Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    ta có: $\frac{x-1}{2}$ ≥ $\frac{1}{x-1}$  ( với điều kiện x khác 1)
    ⇔$\frac{x-1}{2}$ – $\frac{1}{x-1}$ ≥0
    ⇔$\frac{(x-1)^{2}}{2.(x-1)}$ -$\frac{2}{2.(x-1)}$ ≥0
    ⇔$\frac{x^2-2x-1}{2x-2}$ ≥0
    vì x^2-2x-1 luôn ≥0 với mọi x∈R nên để $\frac{x^2-2x-1}{2x-2}$ ≥0 thì 2x-2>0
    ⇒x>1

    $\frac{x-1}{2}$ $\geq$ $\frac{1}{x-1}$ ⇔$\frac{(x-1)²}{2(x-1)}$ $\geq$ $\frac{2}{2(x-1)}$
    ⇔$(x-1)²$$\geq$ $2$
    ⇔$x-1$$\geq$ $\sqrt{2}$
    ⇔$x$$\geq$ $\sqrt{2}$ +1
