    $\dfrac{3x^2-12x+17}{x^2-4x+5}$
    $=\dfrac{3(x^2-4x+5)+2}{x^2-4x+5}$
    $=3+\dfrac{2}{x^2-4x+4+1}$
    $=3+\dfrac{2}{(x-2)^2+1}$
    Để biểu thức đạt GTLN thì $(x-2)^2+1$ phải nhỏ nhất
    $(x-2)^2+1 \geq 1$ với mọi $x$
    Dấu $”=”$ xảy ra khi $x=2$
    Khi đó , GTLN của biểu thức là : $5$

     $GTLN_A=5\leftrightarrow x=2$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    $A=\dfrac{3x^2-12x+17}{x^2-4x+5}\\=\dfrac{3x^2-12x+15+2}{x^2-4x+4+1}\\=3+\dfrac{2}{(x-2)^2+1}$
    Vì $(x-2)^2\ge0\to (x-2)^2+1\ge1>0$
    $\to \dfrac{2}{(x-2)^2+1}\le\dfrac21=2$
    $\to A\le3+2=5$
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi $x-2=0\leftrightarrow x=2$
