    5(x+2)-12=48
    ⇔5x+10-12=48
    ⇔5x=48+2
    ⇔5x=50
    ⇔x=10

    5 . (x + 2) – 12 = 48
    => 5 . (x + 2) = 48 + 12
    => 5 . (x + 2) = 60
    => x + 2 = 60 : 5
    => x + 2 = 12
    => x = 12 – 2
    => x = 10
    Vậy x = 10
