    Giải đáp + Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    |x+2|=x   (ĐK:x>=0)
    -> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+2=x\   (Loại)\\x+2=-x\end{array} \right.\) 
    ->x+2=-x
    ->x+x=-2
    ->2x=-2
    ->x=-1\   (ktm)
    Vậy không tìm được giá trị của x thỏa mãn đề bài
