    a) (5x+1)/(4)=(x-3)/2
    ⇒2(5x+1)=4(x-3)
    ⇔10x+2=4x-12
    ⇔10x-4x=-12-2
    ⇔6x=-14
    ⇔x=-7/3
    Vậy S={-7/3}
    b) (5+x)/(45)+(6+x)/(44)+(7+x)/(43)=-3
    ⇔(5+x)/(45)+(6+x)/(44)+(7+x)/(43)+3=0
    ⇔((5+x)/(45)+1)+((6+x)/(44)+1)+((7+x)/(43)+1)=0
    ⇔(5+x+45)/(45)+(6+x+44)/(44)+(7+x+43)/(43)=0
    ⇔(x+50)/(45)+(x+50)/(44)+(x+50)/(43)=0
    ⇔(x+50).(1/(45)+1/(44)+1/(43))=0
    Vì 1/(45)+1/(44)+1/(43) ne 0 nên: x+50=0⇔x=-50
    Vậy S={-50}

    a,
    (5x+1)/4=(x-3)/2 
    <=> 2(5x+1)=4(x-3)
    <=> 10x+2=4x-12
    <=> 10x-4x=-12-2
    <=> 6x=-14
    <=> x=-7/3
    Vậy x=-7/3.
    b,
    (5+x)/45+(6+x)/44+(7+x)/43=-3
    <=> (5+x)/45+(6+x)/44+(7+x)/43+3=0
    <=> ((5+x)/45+1)+((6+x)/44+1)+((7+x)/43+1)=0
    <=> (5+x+45)/45+(6+x+44)/44+(7+x+43)/43=0
    <=> (x+50)/45+(x+50)/44+(x+50)/43=0
    <=> (x+50) . (1/45+1/44+1/43)=0
    <=> x+50=0 ( Vì 1/45+1/44+1/43 ne 0 )
