    |x+1|≥0+|x+2|≥0+…+|x+10|≥0=5x
    =>|x+1|+|x+2|+…+|x+10|≥0
    =>5x≥0
    =>x+1+x+2+x+3+x+4+…+x+10=5x
    =>(x+x+x+….+x+x)+(1+2+3+…+10)=5x
    ->x+x+x+x+….+x=10x
    ->1+2+3+4+…+10
    =(1+9)+(2+8)+(3+7)+(4+6)+5+10
    =10+10+10+10+10+5
    =55
    =>(x+x+x+….+x+x)+(1+2+3+…+10)=10x+55=5x
    =>10x+55=5x
    =>10x-5x=-55
    =>5x=-55
    x=-55:5
    x=-11
    Vậy x=-11

    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    -Ta có: | x + 1 | + | x + 2 | +…….+ | x + 10 | ≥ 0
                5x ≥ 0
    ⇒ 10x + (10+1) . [(10-1):1+1] : 2 = 5x
         10x + 11 . 5 = 5x
         10x – 5x = -55
         5x = -55
         x = -11
                Vậy x =-11
