    A= $\dfrac{-7x^2 + 6x + 3}{x^2 + 2}$
    = $\dfrac{2(x^2 + 2) – 9x^2 + 6x – 1}{x^2 + 2}$
    = $\dfrac{2(x^2 + 2) – (9x^2 – 6x + 1)}{x^2 + 2}$
     = $\dfrac{2(x^2 + 2) – (3x – 1)^2}{x^2 + 2}$
    = 2 – $\dfrac{(3x – 1)^2}{x^2 + 2}$
    Vì: -(3x – 1)^2 ≤ 0 ∀ x
    x^2 + 2 > 0 ∀ x
    ⇒ – $\dfrac{(3x – 1)^2}{x^2 + 2}$ ≤ 0
    ⇒ 2 – $\dfrac{(3x – 1)^2}{x^2 + 2}$ ≤ 2 – 0 =2
    Vậy GTLN của A là 2 khi: (3x – 1)^2 = 0
                                              ⇔ x = 1/3
