Đặt $x^2+5x-2=a$
$PT\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{a+5}+\sqrt{a}=5\\ \Leftrightarrow \sqrt{a+5}=5-\sqrt{a}(a\ge -5)\\ \Leftrightarrow a+5=25+a-10\sqrt{a}\\ \Leftrightarrow 10\sqrt{a}=20\\ \Leftrightarrow a=4\\ \Leftrightarrow x^2+5x-6=0\\ \Leftrightarrow \left[ \begin{array}{l}x=1\\x=-6\end{array} \right.$
Thế 2 nghiệm trên vào PT đầu ta thấy đều thỏa mãn
Vậy PT có nghiệm $S\in \text{{1;-6}}$
