    a)$\sqrt{2x-1=}$ $\sqrt{2-1}$ ĐKXĐ : $\sqrt{2x-1}$ $\geq0$ => $x\geq\dfrac{1}{2}$ 
    <=> $\sqrt{2x-1=}$ =1
    <=>2x-1=1
    <=>2x=2
    <=>x=1 ( thỏa mãn )
    b) $\sqrt{3x+11}=3+\sqrt{2}$  ĐKXĐ : $\sqrt{3x+11}$ $\geq0$ => $x\geq\dfrac{-11}{3}$ 
    <=>3x+11= $(3+\sqrt{2})^{2}$ 
    <=>3x+11=11+ $6\sqrt{2}$ 
    <=>3x= $6\sqrt{2}$ 
    <=>x= $2\sqrt{2}$  ( thỏa mãn )
    c) $\sqrt{x+5}=$ $\sqrt{3}-2$  ĐK : $x\geq-5$ 
    <=>x+5=7- $4\sqrt{3}$ 
    <=>x=2- $4\sqrt{3}$ (thỏa mãn)
    d) $\sqrt{x+38}=3+\sqrt{5}$  ĐK : $x\geq-38$ 
    <=>x+38=14+ $6\sqrt{5}$ 
    <=>-24+ $6\sqrt{5}$ (thỏa mãn)
