    \frac{4\sqrt{x}+4}{\sqrt{x}+3}(x>=0)
    =\frac{4\sqrt{x}+12-8}{\sqrt{x}+3}
    =\frac{4(\sqrt{x}+3)-8}{\sqrt{x}+3}
    =4-\frac{8}{\sqrt{x}+3}
    Để biểu thức nguyên, thì 8\vdots\sqrt{x}+3
    =>\sqrt{x}+3\inƯ(8)\in{+-1;+-2;+-4;+-8}
    Mà ∀x>=0
    =>\sqrt{x}+3>=3
    =>\sqrt{x}+3\in{4;8}
    Ta lập bảng giá trị như sau.
    \begin{array}{|c|c|c|}\hline \sqrt{x}+3 &4&8\\\hline x&1(tm)&25(tm)\\\hline\end{array}
    Vậy x\in{1;25} thì biểu thức nhận giá trị nguyên.
